Delivery Issues
In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notification and may attempt redelivery or hold your package at their depot for collection.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Hennie's is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international shipments.
- Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
- Hennie's reserves the right to change shipping carriers at our discretion to ensure the best service.
- In case of damaged packages, customers must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
